Marching on in like a lion.

Oh hey – remember that time I totally didn’t share my juice cleanse experience? I felt it would do no justice without pretty photos, so I’m ammending my previous blog about the entire experience.  Would I do it again? In a word: yes. Was it easy? no, but not terribly hard. Did I lose weight? temporarily.

But it gave me the kickstart I needed to cleanse myself of all the yuck and start with eating the way I ENJOY eating. Something about spring gives me the energy to continue my journey.  Next we, two coworkers and I are going to start a vegan meal exchange and are each cooking one meal a week to share with each other. Be prepared to see lots of delicious photos!

So to kick it all off – I’d like to mention Book Publishing Co.’s Live Delicious campaign – which is falling right smack in the middle of my personal re-veganization.

Book Publishing Company has a huge variety of wonderful vegan book resources – and have just released a new book The Natural Vegan Kitchen by Christine Waltermeyer, founder of the Natural Kitchen Cooking School which I’ll be reviewing this month as well.  The company is having giveaway of six fabulous vegan titles, which you can participate in by clicking here or in the image in my sidebar all throughout the month of March into April.

Get educated! Eat delicious! Live vegan! It’s just the push I need and can’t wait to cook up some new meals for my co-workers in the coming week!
