These are the cookbooks I use daily to come up with my meals.  Each Sunday I pour over a mile high stack of cookbooks and make a dinner meal plan for the week, as well as a shopping list that will curtail grocery shopping throughout the week.  Planning my meals ahead make’s for a less stressful and more interesting dinner week!

    If you are looking for a great new addition to your collection you should check out 1001 Vegetarian recipes. Most of her recipes are actually vegan, or could easily be vegan by switching in soy milk/cheese. The best part for me tho is that all of the recipes are low fat but high taste 🙂
